Types of Hospital Clothing
Hospital staff clothing is different for each field and different people. That is, the clothing worn by a doctor is different from the clothing worn by a nurse or paramedic, and the clothing worn by technical staff.
Here we will review hospital clothing together:
Doctor’s clothing
The doctor’s coat is usually white, which means purity, sincerity, and cleanliness, and makes the patient feel safe and calm towards the doctor and his recovery process.
Nurse’s clothing
Like doctors, nurses’ coats are also white, which is a manifestation of angels. Of course, it is different from the doctor’s coat. In large hospitals, nurses’ clothing differs in different departments.
Patient’s clothing
Two colors, blue (for men) and pink (for women), are intended for patients so that they are both distinct from each other and feel good about the hospital environment, which is effective in improving their morale.
Special operating room clothing
Operating room gowns are usually green, blue, or gray, which prevent eye fatigue for the surgeon and treatment personnel. It also enhances the surgeon’s vision in recognizing the red color of blood and increases the doctor’s concentration.
Maternity clothing
Maternity clothing has a more open space than other clothing so that mothers can take care of their babies more easily.
